Introduced in 2012, the Audi A4 B8 is equipped with an electric power steering rack. Over time, these units can develop faults, including:
- Intermittent failure – power steering may stop working, but sometimes returns after restarting the vehicle.
- Excessive noise – unusual sounds when turning left or right.
This can often be caused by water ingress into the steering rack, electrical failure can be due to internal electronic components breaking down.
If these issues persist, the steering rack will need to be replaced to restore reliable steering performance.
Our fully reconditioned steering racks are rebuilt to the highest standard. Both the mechanical and electronic systems are carefully restored, and all critical components are tested and replaced where necessary.

Unfortunately, the factory downpipe that comes as standard equipment in your car was designed for anything but performance. The factory downpipe severely restricts exhaust flow and therefor has adverse effects on horsepower, especially once your car is “chipped”. The CTS Turbo High-Flow Cat will allow for your exhaust gases to flow smoothly, freeing up the additional ponies that you want, all while look amazing. Highlights of our High-Flow Cat include CNC machined turbine discharge (downpipe) flange, mandrel bent 3″ stainless steel tubing, modular design making installation of a catalytic converter simple and straight forward, smooth transitions allowing for optimal exhaust gas flow.

The CTS Turbo Top mount exhaust manifold for the VW/Audi 1.8T 20V engine is designed for use with T3 flanged turbochargers and 38mm or 39mm wastegates. The top mount design allows for very easy installation into VW MK4, MK3, MK2, Audi TT225, TT180HP, S3, along with various Seat and Skoda 1.8T models, the semi-equal length design was used to optimize peak power and retain good spool characteristics. Our manifold is manufactured with the highest grade ductile iron, with high tolerance to extreme heat, cracking and warping.

Steel 3" DPF Delete Downpipe for Audi A3/TT (8P) 2.0 TDI 2WD PD170 / CR140 / CR170 BHP.
This 3" downpipe is designed to be a direct replacement for the standard downpipe removing the Diesel particulate filter (DPF).

2004-2006 Audi TT 3.2 Quattro Dual Tip Exhaust Muffler. In good physical condition for its age with only some typical light dings, as shown. In good cosmetic condition as well, with only some typical scuffs, scratches, and discoloration. The canister has some light discoloration as shown in the photos. The tips could use a polish prior to installation. This muffler has been cut off the vehicle for removal and does not have a bolt on flange, as shown in the photos. You will need to have this muffler welded on to your existing exhaust system. This exhaust has the valve actuator which was only found on the 3.2l models.
