This windscreen washer nozzle is found in many Volkswagen Seat and Skoda models from 2004 Onwards and is fitted with the plug in heated element which defrosts the windshield washer fluid in winter months.
This is a direct replacement for the original OE nozzle with part number 5M0955986C. This nozzle will also replace the following part number for some of the later models:

Please note that some models use a none heated version of these nozzles. Please check first that there is a wired connection to the back of your existing nozzle.
